How Much Water Do You Need

    To maintain daily balance, our body requires an intake of over two quarts [ 1.8 litse] of water for basic normal function. Depending on the kind of diet, about half to one quart each day is provided in the food we eat. The balance has to be taken in externally.

    The human brain is composed of over 90 percent water; blood consists of 92 percent of water; and the body itself is at least 70 percent water. Humans and animals need to consume adequate quantities of the right kind of water in order to keep their bodies hydrated and function properly.

    Water is needed to transport nutrients and oxygen through the blood circulatory system to the cells, to remove toxins, and to provide lubrication for the joints. We even need water to breathe. Our lungs must be moistened by water to facilitate the intake of oxygen and the removal of carbon dioxide.

    Everyday we lose approximately one pint of water from our bodies, through our lungs, just from exhaling. Water is absolutely essential to life and is the matrix of all living things.

The essential drinking water:
•  Mineral water
•  Alkaline water
•  Clean water without chemicals or contamination
•  Micro cluster water

Our Daily Juice! live enzymes drink

In the juicer:

1 medium size red beetroot (if possible, use the top part of the beet)
A thumb size piece of ginger
1 cabbage wedge the size of ½ a medium orange (green and / or red)
½ a middle sized onion
2 to 3 carrots
2 to 3 stalks of celery
5 cloves of garlic
A quarter handful of coriander (aka Cilantro)
1 cucumber (juice last to clean the juicer)

Add the resulting juice to the blender containing:
A quarter handful of parsley
3 tomatoes
1 ½ cup of water
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Lime juice (from 2 or 3 limes)
1 working up to 3 teaspoons of cayenne

Don't over blend! When adding juice to the blender, start with a small amount to ensure blender ingredients are finely minced (unless you like lumps of parsley in your teeth!)

Optimum time for consuming the juice is up to 10-15 mns after blending ensuring the consumption of live enzymes.
